This movie use to really scare me as a kid. I actually use to go in my mom's bathroom and call out to Candyman in the dark. He never came out of the mirror, but I was still scared. lol
I think the series is pretty good, no one else could be Candyman except Tony Todd. He fits the role of the crazy hook killer perfectly.

It does a good job of tying in the urban legend of Bloody Mary, and the idea that every legend has it's roots deep in fact. I've not seen any but the first one, but it's excellent.

I've never seen it actually. I must be the odd man out here as I never considered Nightbreed a "horror" flick but more of a fantasy. I did like some of the Hellraisers but overall horror is not a fave theme. Now Screamers www.imdb.com/title/tt0114367/THAT scared me some.
